Guidelines for a Disciplined and Respectful Campus

1. Attendance
Any failure to comply with the attendance rule may ultimately lead to the loss of one academic year.

2. Dress Code
The college insists on a formal dress code. Students are expected to wear decent clothes within the college premises, keeping in mind the sanctity and reputation of an academic institution.

3. Mobile Phones
Use of mobile phones in the classrooms, library, laboratory and corridors is strictly prohibited. A breach of conduct may invite severe punishment, including permanent confiscation of the mobile phone.

4. Principal’s Authority
The Principal may, in the interest of the institution, require a student to leave the college without assigning any reason. In such a case, a Transfer Certificate will be issued free of charge.

5. Parents & Teachers
Reports are sent to parents or guardians about the conduct and quality of work of the students. The Principal invites the cooperation of students and their guardians in making the process of education fruitful and maintaining general order and discipline. All departments regularly organise parent-teacher meetings. Parents are apprised of the academic performance, attendance and general conduct of their sons/daughters.

6. Campus Discipline
Students are strictly prohibited from making noise in the college corridors and in the entire campus. No one can misuse the green space, garden or corridor for playing any kind of game. Any act which disturbs the discipline of the college is treated as a punishable offence.
